MobiLaps LLC awarded Montgomery County Technology Growth Program Grant

Grant targeted at facilitating the growth and expansion of emerging technology-based companies

Silver Spring, MD – MobiLaps LLC was awarded a Montgomery County Technology Growth Program (TGP) grant. The TGP program is designed to stimulate and participate in the growth of emerging technology-based companies with innovative products or services. The grant was awarded to MobiLaps LLC based on their successful track record building systems for the USDA to provide new revenue streams for rural broadband ISPs as well as supporting NASA in the strategic management and deployment of geospatial interoperability solutions.

The Technology Growth Program (TGP) of Montgomery County was created to stimulate and facilitate the growth and expansion of start-up and early stage technology-based companies currently located in the County. Proposals to the TGP are competitively awarded based on various elements of the business including present and future market potential of products/services, proved strategies for achieving and maintaining market penetration, as well as the background and experience of the business principals and key management.
