MobiLaps LLC and the Maryland Information and Network Dynamics (MIND) Laboratory collaborate on Maryland Industrial Partnerships (MIPS) project

Silver Spring, MD – MobiLaps LLC received a Maryland Industrial Partnerships (MIPS) award to collaborate with the Maryland Information and Network Dynamics (MIND) Laboratory of University of Maryland. The collaboration is focused on leveraging the MIPS funding to enhance MobiLaps’ innovative software applications for providing new revenue streams for broadband ISPs. The partnership provides MobiLaps with access to the creative talents and extensive research base at the University of Maryland in general and the MIND lab in particular. The MIND lab collaborates with private industry and government agencies on large-scale computer science projects in the areas of wireless networking, information services, networking infrastructure and information assurance and security.
